We’re Iain and Susan Wales, founders of Scotia Laundry Services and proud residents of Cochrane. Originally from Scotland, we recently made Canada our home and have quickly grown to appreciate the strong sense of community here.
Before launching this company, we spent our careers in law enforcement. We built our lives on structure, trust, and follow-through. Those same values guide every part of our business today.
